Pàver and Rélem have collaborated in the mechanization of four aluminum parts in one of the vehicles that has developed a team of the UPC (Polytechnic University of Catalonia), within the project called "Formula Student".

Formula Student is the most important International car competition where engineering students design and build a racecar. It started in United States as Formula SAE, and later was adopted by United Kingdom under the name of Formula Student. Nowadays, more than 400 teams from all around the world take part in this competition and 16 countries host the events.

The aim is to cheer the students to design and develop a racecar, combustion or electric, enrichening and increasing their education beyond the walls of university. This single-seater must pass over different tests in the competition after the scrutineering, and complete them following every event schedule and rules.

There are two kinds of events during the competition week: static events (where the design and innovation are assessed) and the dynamic events (where the race car is pushed to its limits). During the statics, the team has to justify every single part of the car’s design, proving the knowledge acquired during the entire year. In the Dynamics, the car is driven through four different circuits to prove its behavior.
