The Robert Bosch prize for the best project (October 2006)
In the annual supplier's meeting of the Robert Bosch factory in Castellet which took place on 31st October, the project Stocks Management according to the Lean Philosophy, carried out and introduced by the Factory Director of Pàver Mr. Rubén Hernández was the winner of all those presented by the suppliers. The vote was maid by the suppliers themselves, and the prize consist of a training day dedicated to lean manufacturing, and the responsibility of consultant Mr. Klaus-Guenther Fuhrmann, top specialist in this matter on the Robert Bosch division. |

The project presented by Pàver consist of the improvement of the rotation of materials trough the reduction of stocks based, among others factors in the optimization of the receiving of orders of raw material and production planning.
