Declaration

In Pàver we consider that in order to face up to all the challenges of industrial activity, people must be put first. The origin, development and success of our company have always been based on this principle, from its foundation in 1967 to date, dealing with individuals and working as a team.
Individuals make all the difference in companies, and as the future is getting highly demanding and complex, it increasingly required the participation and collaboration of all parts to face up to it succesfully.
In order to function in this field, we have always based ourselves on one concept: being self-demanding. The identity of the company is based on a constructive spirit, always bettering ourselves, doing things properly and standing out from the crowd.

Aware of the fact that the company has to be geared towards ours customers, convinced that we can only achieve this aim with the participation of all our collaborators, we have decided to give special priority to the individuals in the company.
Manifest of total quality: Quality of life

For Pàver, the concept of total quality means :

Quality of Life

- For our CUSTOMERS: satisfying their every need
- For our WORKERS: contributing to their professional and personal realization
- For our SUPPLIERS: promoting their development
- For our SHAREHOLDERS: globally bettering their investment

The company Pàver is on the road to Total Quality, and we are aware that the mechanisms that keep us on this path are::

- Our level of SELF-DEMAND
- A spirit of CONSTANT INPROVEMENT
- TECHNOLOGICAL AND MANAGEMENT INNOVATION
- A high level of INDIVIDUAL AND COLLECTIVE SATISFACTION
- A compromise of CONSTANT IMPROVEMENT
- A prevention of CONTAMINATION
- And a performance of ENVIRONMENTAL legislation

From this manifest ot total quality, the policy of quality in the company had to be reconsidered, and was reshaped from the perspective of constant and general improvement, with the participation of all, both within the company and externally.

The only objective of this new policy of quality was clearly defined as improving the quality of life, and a process of implantation was designed. It was started at the beginning of 1997, and had already achieved relevant results only one year later.
